Hey guys.

I’ve done a link ecu, 38mm gate, 2 1/2 exhaust and about to go manual this week.
I’ve pulled the motor apart as I started hearing a noise. Turns out its a bent rod and was just hitting the block. Everything else seems perfect but I think it’s best to upgrade the bottom end to support hi boost (18psi).
Does anyone know what is the best value for money in terms of rods pistons headbolts and bearings?
