I am looking for a 1985 Daihatsu Hijet van tailgate. Reason being is that this little white van had a 2500HP jet engine fitted, which unfortunately required part of the tailgate to be cut out to make room for the large jet engine exhaust and afterburner pipe.

I recently sold the jet engine which was fitted to a Monster Truck in Melbourne. So the van is in showroom condition, brand new alloy wheels and tires, including a fully reconditioned 3 cylinder engine, but has a big hole in the tailgate …LOL
Please message me if anyone has a suitable tailgate, with or without the rear glass window.
Alternatively I will sell the van the way it is for a reasonable price.
Engine has been fully reconditioned, new pistons, bearings head work the lot and engine has only 1200 km on it. Brand new tires and hard to get mag wheels. Seats re covered with matching blue upholstery. Looks like show room condition., except for the hole in the tailgate !!!
